Mac House Steps it up a Gear!
We recently joined forces with Steps in helping long-term unemployed workers achieve qulaifications and practical experience in agriculture/farming and return to the workforce.
The program was a huge success - after the initial 8 week training program, many of the participants secured positions on this season's macadamia sorting line and are all confident and enthusiastic members of our farm team. Read the recent media release here.
